Julia Dembska

Bio

Born in Poland in 1987, Julia Dembska is a pianist and piano teacher based in London. In 2011 she graduated from the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice (Poland), obtaining a Master Of Music degree with distinction.

Her teaching qualifications included advanced training in Psychology, Methodology and Pedagogy. This makes her able to provide students with dynamic and targeted lessons. The individualized approach and lesson content tailored for every particular student makes her teaching method efficient and gratifying. She considers teaching to be the process of sharing her passion with her students, which gives excellent results.

Julia’s performances have taken her to many venues as a laureate and participant in many competitions and festivals, both for solo and chamber musicians. The most important appearances included: The Wroclaw Philharmonic Hall (Poland), Chopin’s Manor – House (Duszniki- Poland), and Paderewski’s Manor House (Kasna Dolna- Poland).

As a solo performer and chamber musician, she has performed in masterclasses with many famous pianists, such as Joseph Banovetz, Bruno Canino, Therese Fahy, Kevin Kenner, Aleksei Orlovetsky, Anthony Spiri, Joseph Stanford and Adam Wodnicki.
