Bio
Carlos Lichman has been working as a professional musician since 1996. Constantly developing his playing style, Lichman took a music degree in 2008 when he lived in Brazil. He worked with leading industry professionals such as Derek Sherinian (Sons of Apollo/ Dream Theater), Kiko Loureiro (Megadeth) and Richie Kotzen (USA), to name a few.
Having been a guitar instructor for over two decades, Lichman has taught students of all ages and skill levels, performing guitar clinics through South America and Europe, sharing his knowledge and music experiences.
Carlos’ most important up to date artistic achievements are:
- His ‘Lendas Urbanas de Porto Alegre’ album was chosen as one of the best records by Roadie Crew magazine in 2020 (Brazil),
- Carlos was touring in Europe 2015/2017 (Poland, Czech Republic and England)
- Carlos was mentioned in the book “Música do Rio Grande do Sul, Ontem e Hoje” by Rogério Ratner as one of the greatest rock guitarists in Brazil.
- One of Carlos’ albums was a two times best-seller in the web store Guitar 9 Records (USA),
- Carlos was touring with Pablo Soler in 2008 (Argentina),
